STUDIO PRINTING DAYS
I'm holding Studio Printing Days at Tarragindi (Brisbane) every 4-6 weeks. Upcoming days are listed below.
Studio Printing Days are designed for those who have already done a monoprinting workshop with me in the past 12 months and who would like some studio time with an etching press to work on their own monoprinting projects.
These days are not workshops - you must be confident enough to work on your own project without tuition but I'm happy to provide some adhoc advice and guidance. You work independently but with the benefit of group interaction and shared enthusiasm. Numbers are limited to 6 to ensure everyone gets quality printing time (including myself).
The cost to attend a Studio Printing Day is $40 - this covers my hall hire costs, use of my inks, plates, basic papers, and other consumables. You need to BYO your apron, lunch, any printmaking papers you want to use and any objects (leaves, stencils etc) you want to print with.
I also ask that you stay until the end of the session to help with clean up (doesn't take long when we all chip in!).
If you want to join a Studio Printing Day, you must email me first to book in. I will confirm your place before asking for payment 2 weeks before the day. If you have to cancel, I can only refund you if I have another person to take your place.
